How it all Started

Tina, Jeff and Cash (Owners)
From the age of 15 years old to present day I have surrounded myself with neatness, organization and a love of nice cars.

A summer season of my Freshman year, I detailed cars for a professional detailer. During the last three years of high school I was employed with Servicemaster cleaning. I stripped/waxed floors, cleaned windows, and shampooed carpets with a floor crew. The year I graduated high school, I was
named Servicemaster's employee of the year.

At the age of 18, I joined the United States Air Force. To say the least, I had no problem keeping my clothes drawer, my bunk, and appearance above inspection expectations. After proudly serving 4 years as a Security Policeman, I pursued a 10 year Retail Loss Prevention management career for Sears. I was responsible for protecting the store assets and promoting customer service. This included making it a safe place to work and shop by performing accident prevention and safety training, reduce inventory loss by conducting shoplifting apprehensions, and internal CCTV surveillance of employees. Most importantly of all, and practiced still today, as a manager I also knew the importance of professional physical presence.  Appearance and customer service that will rise above the customer's expectations.

A customer with a positive shopping experience will return, and most likely tell others of their pleasant experience and satisfaction.

I always loved working with my hands and loved driving nice cars.  We personally own a 1969 Olds 442 that we detail and show on a National level. It has won numerous awards and top honors, so we know the money and the pride that vehicle owners have in their vehicles.  An opportunity to become a small business owner, and detail cars full-time, became available in Findlay, Ohio. I began in 1999, cleaning cars in my driveway, for a small local car lot. Word spread of my experience and meticulous attention to detail and other auto dealerships followed. I moved my operations to a small two car garage the first year, then to a small 4 bay commercial building, where I marketed to retail customers.
My wife, and business partner, was qualified, trained, and worked with Car Brite products for their waxes, paint cleaning compounds, chemicals, and interior cleaning solutions that are used on your vehicle. She also worked in accounts payable and was a service writer for Chrysler/ Ford In Upper Sandusky and Chevrolet/Cadillac in Findlay. She owned a Computer training business in Findlay for 3 years, and then we made the decision to sell her business and focus on Suntime together.

The most important thing we both bring to the customer is . . . "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION COMES FIRST."
